  • We provide detailed sizing charts and measuring instructions on each product page which is accessible by clicking the link “Size Guide”. We advise that you always to check the measurements to insure a perfect fit for your children.

  • Care instructions and details are printed on a label attached to the purchased product.

  • Import and custom duties vary from country to country, and are usually charged when the parcel reaches it’s selected country destination. Because of that we cannot know if your parcel will be charged or what the cost would be.

  • We know you guys like treats, so occasionally we tend to send out some in a form of a Coupon which you can redeem at our store. To catch one of these you might want to Subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Sure, just send us an email contact@cerealnation.com within one hour upon your purchase with the stated issue and the order number, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. The order cannot be changed or canceled once it departs our warehouse.

  • After choosing the products go to your cart where you will see a “Coupon” section. In order to redeem it simply enter the code as its shown, without any spaces between characters and click Apply. After that you will be able to see the discount amount and your current order total, upon which you need to proceed to the checkout phase to complete the order.

  • Yes. Before sending the item(s) back, please contact us at contact@cerealnation.com with the stated issue and your order number. We will only accept returns that are made within two weeks since the order was shipped out. The returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition along with the package. Be sure to always obtain the postage receipt before you send us the return, in case of damage or loss. Prior to sending please check if the package is damaged, if it is we require that you provide suitable packing before sending it back to us. Any goods damaged during transport on their way back will be considered your responsibility and will sent back without a refund.

    In an unlikely case of faulty goods, wrong items or sizing we will issue a full refund or exchange the item(s). We still cannot offer free shipping on returned items, however we will ask you to provide the postage receipt so we can give you Store credit in the amount you were charged for shipping.
